Luxembourg (pronounced /ˈlʌksəmbɜrɡ/ ( listen)), officially the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg ( Luxembourgish : Groussherzogtum Lëtzebuerg, French: Grand-Duché de Luxembourg, German: Großherzogtum Luxemburg), is a small, landlocked country in western Europe.
On July 15th, Super Junior released their Japanese Special Edition album of "Sorry Sorry" and it debuted at Number 12 on the Oricon Daily Chart.
The special edition album includes a bonus DVD containing the MV of "Sorry Sorry," "It's You," and a special unreleased Dance Version. They also have the Japanese version of "Sorry Sorry" which you can listen to below.
It seems a lot of Korean male artists are releasing music in Japan and concentrating on that market, while the girl groups (besides 2PM) dominate in Korea. Super Junior seems to be really popular in Southeast Asia, Taiwan, and China, but not so much in Japan. Maybe this can change things, thanks to Nocturne for the tip.
Thanks GhostWriter/allkpop. :)
I should stop posting about Korean stuff like a no life. -_____-' Stupid house internet cookoo already. Very very pissed off like a no tomorrow.
SORRY FOR THE LACK OF UPDATES. :( I know this is kind of old but still... 26 JUNE 09 :D
Super Junior at the Taiwan Golden Melody Award
After their goodbye performance in Korea, Super Junior traveled to Taiwan to attend the 20th Golden Melody Awards, the most prestigious music awards in China Chinese-speaking countries. The SuJu boys had attended the awards show back in 2007, and due to their rising popularity all over Asia and the fact that member Hankyung was originally from China, they were once again invited this year. They performed Sorry, Sorry on stage and presented two awards with Taiwanese actress, Ariel Lin, who studied Korean while in college. However, with Hankyung there speaking Chinese, the other members didn't get to say much on stage. The MCs of the awards show even performed a little comedic parody of the popular boy band.
Kibum was MIA as usual. Sungmin does not appear in (some of) the pictures because of his injury at the Music Bank performance the day before.
Super Junior’s Sungmin injured during Music Bank Rehearsal
t seems that Super Junior's Sungmin injured his knee during a KBS Music Bank rehearsal after tripping up on one of the stage props. An observer mentioned, "Sungmin fell during rehearsal and hurt his ankle. He needed help getting off of the stage and needed to receive medical treatment."
SM Entertainment also revealed, "During the rehearsal, his knee also ripped because of his fall. He was evacuated quickly and sent to the hospital to receive stitches."
Despite his injuries, Sungmin stood on the stage as was originally planned. A viewer admired, "Sungmin's desire to stand on the stage is really shining through. Even with his injury, he planned on performing on stage during the live performance."
